BowlersMart Pick 'Em Contest, Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Sponsor. BowlersMart LLC, 14910 Edward R Noll Dr, Spring Hill, FL 34609 (the "Sponsor").

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (APO/FPO addresses included) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BowlersMart LLC and CoolWick LLC, and members of their households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

How to enter. Each contest week opens when the weekly slate is published at pickem.bowlersmart.com and closes at the deadline shown on the entry page, shortly before the first kickoff. To enter, sign in with your email address and submit one card: a winner for each of the six scored pro football games, plus the Final, where you pick a winner and the combined total points both teams will score. The six scored games are played Sunday and the Final is the Monday night game. One entry per person per week. Entries cannot be changed once submitted. Entry is free.

Winner determination. To win, an entry must correctly pick the winners of all seven games: all six scored Sunday games and the Monday night Final. A scored game that ends in a tie counts as correct for every entry. After Sunday, an entry that correctly picks the winner of all six scored games advances as a finalist. A finalist remains eligible only if it also picked the winning team in the Final and its total-points call is at or under the actual combined total. Among those seven-for-seven eligible entries, the winner is the closest total-points call without going over: the highest total-points call that did not go over. If the Final itself ends in a tie, the team requirement is waived and qualification rests on the total-points call alone. Two entries can win only when their calls are identical; ties are broken by earliest entry time, and no more than two entries win in any week. When two entries win, each of them receives the full weekly prize; the prize is not divided. If no entry qualifies, no prize is awarded that week.

Public finalist board. After the six Sunday games are final, the contest site publishes each finalist's public display name, Final team pick, combined-score call, and entry time or entry order before the Monday night Final begins. This board is public and may be viewed without signing in. Email addresses and legal names are not published on the finalist board.

Prize. One featured bowling ball (the "Featured Ball of the Week") is awarded to each winning entry, up to two winners per week. The ball is identified on the contest site during that week's entry window along with its approximate retail value (ARV). ARV varies weekly and is stated on the entry page. No substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Prizes are fulfilled by the Sponsor; drilling and shipping arrangements are described at award time.

Winner notification and publicity. Winners are notified at the email address on their entry and announced on the contest site by display name after human confirmation of the result. Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to publish the winner's display name and winning call on the contest site without further compensation, except where prohibited.

Odds. This is a contest of skill. The chance of winning depends on the accuracy of your picks and the number of qualified entries.

General conditions. The Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes was produced by automation, deception, or multiple accounts held by one person. Game results are taken from the contest's scores feed as displayed on the site; the Sponsor's confirmed determination of results and winners is final. If a scheduled game is cancelled or postponed beyond the contest week, the Sponsor may treat it as a tie for scoring purposes or extend the contest week, and will state which on the contest site.

Limitation of liability. By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind, and agree to release them from any claim arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance or use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy. Information submitted with an entry is handled as described in the BowlersMart Privacy Policy.

Disputes. Disputes arising from this contest are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the BowlersMart Terms of Service.
